Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries regarding visa services (tourist, visit, work, and study visas).
Provide accurate information about visa requirements, documentation, and processes.
Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful visa applications.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Stay updated on immigration rules and visa policies of various countries.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in visa consultancy or related field.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
