Visawala Documents Clearing Services Co. LLC is hiring a proactive and knowledgeable Visa Consultant / Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in visa consultancy and documentation, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on tourist visa application procedures for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and other countries. Assist clients with document collection, application form filling, appointment bookings, and embassy procedures. Prepare and review travel itineraries, hotel and flight bookings, insurance, and cover letters. Stay updated on immigration policies, rules, and procedures for various countries. Handle client queries and provide professional and timely support throughout the visa process. Maintain accurate records of client files and follow up until the visa outcome is received.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in visa consultancy or immigration services. In-depth knowledge of visa requirements for major travel destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, etc.). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to handle multiple clients and applications efficiently. Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
