Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, and other international visas
, providing complete support from start to finish.
We are now hiring a
Visa Processing Officer
to join our expanding team and assist clients with professional, accurate, and timely visa file handling.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process visa applications for multiple countries (visit and tourist).
Review and verify all client documents before submission.
Submit files through embassy or VFS portals and follow up on progress.
Communicate clearly with clients throughout the visa process.
Maintain and update all client records regularly to ensure smooth tracking and timely updates.
Coordinate with travel suppliers for flight and hotel bookings when required.
Handle client data with confidentiality and professionalism.
Stay updated on embassy procedures, documentation checklists, and visa rules.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any field).
Minimum 2 years of experience
in visa processing or documentation (Schengen, UK, USA, or Canada preferred).
Good understanding of visa forms, checklists, and online portals.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
Currently residing in the UAE.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary:
AED 3,500 - AED 4,500
(depending on experience).
