Process and manage all visa applications (employment, residence, visit, and exit visas) for employees and dependents.
Coordinate with government agencies such as Immigration, Labour, and Chamber of Commerce for visa and licensing transactions.
Handle the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of company trade licenses, establishment cards, and other regulatory permits.
Maintain and update records of employee visas, passports, and licenses to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
Prepare and submit required documentation for visa and licensing applications, renewals, and amendments.
Track visa quotas, company registration details, and compliance with legal requirements.
Communicate with internal departments and external PROs (Public Relations Officers) to ensure smooth processing.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, visa rules, and licensing regulations.
Provide support to new hires during onboarding, ensuring their legal documentation is complete.
Handle employee exit formalities including visa cancellations and final settlements.
Represent the company in front of government authorities and maintain professional relationships with relevant departments.
