Job Description
Role Summary
A Visa Consultant evaluates client eligibility, advises on viable immigration options, and prepares accurate, compliant visa applications from consultation to final decision. The role requires precision, legal awareness, and sound judgment. Errors, assumptions, or false promises are unacceptable.
Key Responsibilities
Assess client profiles and identify realistic visa pathways
Explain visa requirements, risks, and timelines clearly
Prepare and submit error-free visa applications
Verify and organize supporting documentation
Draft SOPs, cover letters, and explanations for gaps or refusals
Track applications and respond to immigration authority queries
Stay current with immigration laws and policy changes
Handle refusals, appeals, and reapplications
Maintain confidentiality and manage client expectations
Requirements
Strong knowledge of visa or work permit and immigration procedures
High attention to detail and analytical judgment
Clear, assertive communication skills
Experience with online visa systems and documentation
Bachelor's degree and relevant certification (where required)
1-5+ years of relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
