Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for counselling the clients, and their enquiries for selected Countries Immigration services, over the phone, through email & in person.
Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies.
Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.
Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned,
Regular follow up on inquiries, Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.
Sales consultants responsible to maintain communication with clients through phone & email.
