Job Title: Visa Consultant / Visa Assistance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Consultant to handle end-to-end visa processing for various countries. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a travel agency and knowledge of visa documentation for tourist, business, and transit visas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and submission procedures
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules and embassy requirements
- Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, and consulates for processing
- Guide clients on required documents and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handle visa rejections, appeals, and re-applications
- Track application status and keep clients informed
- Maintain a database of all applications and deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in visa processing (UAE and international)
- Strong knowledge of Schengen, UK, USA, and GCC visa requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to handle multiple applications simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office and online visa portals
- Languages: English (required), Arabic or other languages (a plus)
