Job Description
\xc2\xb7 In depth knowledge about global visas (USA, Canadan, UK, Schengen and other countries that required the visa). \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents. \xc2\xb7 Must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities and sign them up. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and regulations of different countries. \xc2\xb7 Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company\'s processes and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer. \xc2\xb7 Maintain records of all bookings and payments, prepare invoices, and follow up with customers as required. \xc2\xb7 Keep updated with company procedures and processes. \xc2\xb7 Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
