We are looking for a Visa Consultant based in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities

Acceptance and review of documents for visa application;
Preparation of visa documents in English;
Consultation of potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, on social media and in person;
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints;
Building and maintaining a CRM database;
Hotel and flight tickets booking, registration of insurance policy;
Delivery of prepared documents to customers;
Ability and readiness to work with large volumes of information, documents.

Requirements

Experience in the travel and visa fields for at least 1-2 years desirable
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience
High communication skills, customer orientation, politeness, and attentiveness to applicants
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Desire to work in a dynamically developing company, learn and reach new horizons
Ability and readiness to work with large volumes of information and documents
Confident User in Ms Excel, Word and Power Point Presentation
Fluent English (written and spoken)
