Najah Tours is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Consultant to assist clients with visa applications for various international destinations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in visa procedures, documentation requirements, and embassy protocols, while delivering exceptional service with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clients with accurate information on visa requirements, processing times, fees, and documentation based on destination and nationality.
Review and verify application forms and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
Prepare and submit applications to embassies or online portals.
Track application statuses and update clients promptly.
Communicate with embassies, consulates, and travel partners when required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and visa regulations.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Maintain organised records of applications and ensure confidentiality of client information.
Requirements:
Previous experience in visa processing, travel agency, or immigration services preferred.
Strong knowledge of Schengen, UK, US, and other popular visa categories is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi languages is a plus).
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
Proficient in computer applications and online visa portals.
Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
