Job Description

We are looking for a Visa Consultant / Visa Typist to join our newly established visa services company in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have experience in UAE visa processing, strong knowledge of immigration portals, and a proactive attitude.

You will be responsible for handling all types of visa applications (visit, employment, freelance, golden visa, etc.), data entry, form submission, and coordinating with government portals like ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and MOHRE.

Key Responsibilities

Typing and submitting UAE visa applications (tourist, employment, family, renewal) Handling Emirates ID, medical appointments, and health insurance processing Using Tasheel, Amer, ICP, GDRFA, and other immigration systems Assisting clients with documentation and clarifying procedures Liaising with government departments as needed Tracking application statuses and updating clients Maintaining accurate records of applications and renewals

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in visa typing or PRO services in the UAE Proficiency in Arabic and English typing Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration procedures Knowledge of ICP and Tasheel portals (mandatory) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines
