All food is prepared at the
Central Kitchen
, and this role ensures smooth
receiving, storage, and dispatch
of all items to maintain efficiency, quality, and hygiene.
A
background from Chili's or similar international casual dining brands
is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Receive all prepared food and supplies
from the Central Kitchen.
Check deliveries for
quantity, temperature, labeling, and quality
before storage.
Organize stock in chillers, freezers, and dry stores following
FIFO system
.
Prepare daily order requests
to the Central Kitchen based on sales and stock levels.
Maintain accurate
stock and consumption records
.
Supervise
dispatch flow
- ensure orders are packed with correct sauces, cutlery, and wipes.
Monitor kitchen cleanliness, temperature logs, and packaging quality.
Communicate with the Excecutive chef and Central Kitchen for any shortages or urgent needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
