We are currently hiring a reliable and experienced
Kitchen Supervisor
to oversee and coordinate kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of leading a team to deliver high-quality food consistently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and food preparation.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain standards.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Assist in planning and executing food preparation schedules based on menu and volume.
Train and mentor new kitchen staff, ensuring proper procedures and safety practices.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for timely restocking.
Report maintenance issues and ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained.
Collaborate with chefs and front-of-house team to ensure timely service.
Maintain clear communication with management regarding kitchen performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a commercial kitchen.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and food safety.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
Certification in Food Safety or Culinary Arts is a plus.
Must be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
