As a member of our A-Team at the intersection of AI innovation and marketing, you'll develop viral content that goes far beyond reach: you'll create content that sparks real emotions and inspirespeople to share. Using data-driven analysis, creative storytelling frameworks, and iterative testingcycles, you'll develop scalable content strategies that drive sustainable growth for our projects.
Tasks

• Analyze and identify viral content formats using qualitative and quantitative data
• Develop creative, data-driven content ideas and hooks within existing viral frameworks
• Produce and test video content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram & more -- from concept to execution (including smartphone production)
• Conduct A/B tests and performance measurements for continuous optimization
• Create content briefs for editors and creators
• Conduct research and deep dives in social media research for pattern recognition and trend analysis (hooks, EOVs, storytelling mechanics)
• Apply storytelling and communication models to emotionally engage and activate target audiences

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media, video, or content strategy with measurable success
• Data-driven mindset: you combine analytical evaluation with creative ideas
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) and their performance drivers
• Hands-on experience in video production
• Strong storytelling skills and a keen sense for viral mechanics
• Testing & optimization: you're eager to systematically discover what truly works
• High self-motivation, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt to new topics
