You'll work directly with

Benjamin Mitsch

, a German entrepreneur in Dubai, who is building a high-performance

personal brand

focused on business automation, digital products, and real entrepreneurship.

Your job is to

engineer viral content ideas

that match the brand's tone and goals.
You're the one saying:

"Record this line. Say it like that. Start with this hook. Post it in this format. It'll hit."

You're the

engine behind the camera

, driving growth through

platform insights, competitor analysis, and content architecture

.

Your Responsibilities

Track viral trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn Analyze competitors, high-performing creators, and trending formats Deliver

clear video concepts and hooks

(e.g. "Talk about X, start with Y, punch with Z") Develop repeatable content formats, headline structures, and idea series Help shape the tone, positioning, and authority of the personal brand Work closely with the founder - execution is handled by a separate video team
What We Offer

Starting compensation:

AED 2,000/month (freelance basis)

Scalable earnings:

As the brand gains traction and digital products generate revenue, your compensation can

scale up to AED 10,000/month or more

All additional earnings are

discretionary and performance-based

Your Profile

Deep understanding of

short-form content mechanics

(Reels, Shorts, TikToks) Experience in

viral content strategy, social psychology, platform dynamics

Strong ability to reverse-engineer what works - and translate it into ideas you hand off Clear, punchy writing style for hooks, video concepts, and structures Bonus: background in business, personal development, coaching or performance marketing Self-motivated, structured, and obsessed with content that performs
