Requirements:
Experience in social media content creation.
Strong understanding of what works and what does not on TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms.
Creativity and originality -- able to generate engaging and attention-grabbing ideas.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement drivers.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams.
An experimental mindset -- willing to test new approaches and learn from results.
Fluent spoken and written English
Plus:
experience with AI content creation tools (for visuals, video, or copy).
What you'll do:
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Conduct audience research to better understand what engages our target community.
Create short-form video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
Monitor social media trends and adapt them to our brand and goals.
Optimize content for engagement and shareability, with the aim of maximizing reach and viral potential.
Manage the full content cycle: idea generation, production, posting, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with other team members
Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to continuously improve results.
