Role Summary

We are seeking a

dedicated, customer-obsessed VIP Butler

to serve our premium guests at Al Dana Island villas. This role goes beyond traditional support and focuses on delivering personalized, luxury guest experiences. You will act as the guest's primary point of contact for all requests, ensuring

comfort, convenience, and complete satisfaction

throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a

VIP concierge and runner

for guests staying in Deluxe Holiday Homes villas on Al Dana Island Perform

check-ins and check-outs

for guests, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures Conduct

inspections

before check-ins and after check-outs to confirm property readiness and condition Respond promptly to guest calls, messages, or WhatsApp chats Deliver or arrange: Towels, water, ice, additional amenities Transportation support Food and restaurant arrangements Emergency assistance coordination Handle minor troubleshooting (air conditioning, lights, etc.) or coordinate with technicians Report daily service summaries to the Fujairah Support Team Assist with pre-arrival setups or personalized touches (e.g., birthday arrangements, honeymoon decor) Maintain detailed knowledge of the island and nearby attractions for guest guidance Escalate guest issues or VIP concerns immediately to branch or operations management

Qualifications & Skills

Customer-Centric Mindset:

Polite, professional, and proactive

Language Skills:

English required;

Arabic language is a strong advantage

Driving License:

Preferably with a valid UAE driving license

Communication Skills:

Able to engage guests in a respectful and solution-oriented way

Flexibility:

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Tech Literacy:

Able to use WhatsApp, internal CRM tools, and follow support escalation protocols

Appearance:

Clean, well-groomed, and presentable at all times

Preferred Profile

Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, butler, or VIP guest services Background in 4 or 5-star hotel guest service * Familiar with Fujairah and UAE luxury guest expectations
