➢ Excellent communication skill and Customer relations. ➢ Acting as a point of communication between the clients and the company as the front line. ➢ Well Knowledge of Public Relations Duties. ➢ Excellent experience in driving with high profiles. ➢ Well known about traffic rules. ➢ Hands on experience with all type of luxury vehicles. ➢ Passing the important documents and collecting it from clients like cheque, authorization letter etc.. ➢ Greet Visitors & callers, handle their enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons, according to their needs, and escort them to the appropriate office. ➢ Handled all bill payments like Etisalat, electricity bill. ➢ Managing all the office inventory according to the needed quantity (papers, vouchers, filing etc..)
