- Prospect existing connections and develop connections with new consignors. These contacts include stylists, personal shoppers, boutique owners, sales associates, and individual consignors.
- Handle front-end customer administrative tasks and client servicing inclusive of requests related to financial, logistics, and other operational account support.
- Meet with consignors in their homes to procure their luxury merchandise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing consigners to increase the business.
- Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments including merchandising, accounting and customer service.
- Achieve the monthly consignment targets for the assigned geographic market.
- Develop and implement action plans to continually increase consignment with The Luxury Closet.
- A very strong network of professional or personal contacts in the fashion and luxury industry.
- Only UAE National experienced/ fresh graduates or 2-3 year work experience in sales, business development, personal shopping, styling or dealing with VVIP clientele.
- Very good English and Arabic speaker
- Ability to work under pressure and exceed targets.
- Deep knowledge of multiple luxury brands.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- MS Office expertise: Word and Excel.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to accommodate the clients request for an appointment.
