We are seeking a talented and motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our contracting company for construction. As a Client Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to bring in new clients and foster strong relationships with existing ones. We are specifically looking for a female candidate who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of generating leads and driving sales in the construction industry. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, increase customer base, and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns. Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM software. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional network and promote company services. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to attend events outside of regular working hours and travel as required.
