Job Description

MAINTENANCE ASSISTANCE To check on regular basis the condition of villas for maintenance concerning electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and more. To arrange maintenance and repairs upon receiving complaints from tenants on the agreed time frame and requirements. To attend immediately any services required from tenant's request that can be addressed like basic maintenance for electricity, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry etc. To monitor on going maintenance of all villas and required manpower and equipment. To ensure all tenants request are attended and provided a high quality of services. COORDINATION AND REPORTS To maintain effective communication to all tenants by addressing to their complaints immediately. To coordinate with concern department like Electrical, Mechanical and Civil works for the scheduled maintenance. To forward to all concerned tenants upon receiving the renewed contract from the department. To regularly provide report to Immediate Superior and Admin Department the on going activity in villas. OTHER ASSIGN TASK FROM TIME TO TIME To do assigned task from time to time Educational Qualification At least Diploma holder or ITI Work Experience With at least minimum of three (3) years and maximum of five (5) work experience in UAE on the same field. Job Specification Ability to speak, write and read English language. Can work with different level of people Hardworking Flexibility on work and time pressure General Skills Can communicate effectively in English - written and spoken Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
