Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end leasing process
for villas, including property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Build and maintain a strong portfolio of villa listings across all major Dubai communities.
Conduct
market research
to stay updated on rental rates, competition, and market trends.
Maintain effective communication with landlords, tenants, and internal teams.
Ensure accurate documentation including tenancy contracts, MOUs, Ejari, and other related paperwork.
Handle inquiries professionally and provide property recommendations based on client needs.
Ensure all properties are maintained, inspected, and ready for viewing.
Promote listings through portals, social media, and company marketing channels.
Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Leasing Consultant / Leasing Executive
, preferably in villa leasing.
Strong knowledge of
Dubai real estate market
, especially villa communities.
Mandatory
UAE driving license
with own car (preferable).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
RERA certification (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset.
