Vos CHALLENGES de demain :
Vous serez en charge des activitxc3xa9s principales suivantes :
Soutenir le dxc3xa9veloppement des Achats Gxc3xa9nxc3xa9raux de la rxc3xa9gion Afrique & Moyen-Orient avec le Manager Rxc3xa9gional, suivant les rxc3xa8gles, processus et valeurs associxc3xa9s au poste.
Participer activement xc3xa0 la gestion des relations commerciales avec les partenaires internes afin datteindre les objectifs de satisfaction client pour la Rxc3xa9gion/les Divisions.
Assister le Manager Rxc3xa9gional dans lxc3xa9valuation et la conduite du changement, pour intxc3xa9grer avec succxc3xa8s les activitxc3xa9s des Achats Gxc3xa9nxc3xa9raux dans la rxc3xa9gion en assurant ladoption de ces pratiques par les parties prenantes en interne.
Entretenir des xc3xa9changes bilatxc3xa9raux rxc3xa9guliers avec les principaux clients internes et locaux concernant les besoins, les objectifs et les initiatives des Achats Gxc3xa9nxc3xa9raux.
Organiser des sessions de sensibilisation avec les parties prenantes (explication des processus Achats Gxc3xa9nxc3xa9raux, etc.).
Sassurer du bon dxc3xa9roulement efficace des opxc3xa9rations. Les acheteurs doivent rxc3xa9pondre aux standards de qualitxc3xa9, dxc3xa9lais et coxc3xbbts opxc3xa9rationnels attendus par la socixc3xa9txc3xa9 et les rxc3xa8gles des Achats Gxc3xa9nxc3xa9raux.
Participer xc3xa0 la gestion des nouveaux fournisseurs et la crxc3xa9ation de nouveaux partenariats.
Suivre et obtenir des retours opxc3xa9rationnels et financiers auprxc3xa8s des acheteurs.
Participer xc3xa0 la gestion des requxc3xaates des Achats au quotidien.
Lancer des appels doffres.
Nxc3xa9gocier avec les fournisseurs.

ENGLISH Description of the job
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business Frances eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old

• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
Support the Regional Manager in developing the General Procurement function in the Region, in line with generic rules, processes and values of the General Procurement function.
Contribute to proactive management of the relationship with internal business partners to ensure target level of customer satisfaction for the Region/Divisions.
Support the Regional Manager in driving and monitoring change management, to ensure a successful implementation of General Procurement in the region and ensure the buy-in of the internal stakeholders.
Ensure regular two-way communication with key functional and local customers on General Procurement needs, expectations and initiatives.
Support requestors through awareness sessions (General Procurement process explanationsxe2x80xa6).
Ensures operations are effective and efficient. POs are issued according to the quality, time and operating cost expected by the business and are compliant to GP rules
Support for the supplier creations
Follow up with the POs and Finance topics related
Support on the daily procurement requests
Launch Call for Tender
Negotiate with suppliers
This role may involve some travel for business within the Africa & Middle East Region and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
You have the following skills and experience: (Bullet points to be used).
xe2x97x8f Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Procurement/Supply Chain or a related discipline.
xe2x97x8f Existing experience in Procurement would be an asset.
