SUEZ Consulting is the engineering and consulting branch of the SUEZ Group. Suez Consulting\'s mission is to support cities and industrial facilities in making their ecological and energy transition and in adapting to the effects of climate change. To participate to the deployment of the activities of Suez Consulting in the Gulf region, we are currently seeking for an ambitious and dynamic:

Sustainability Development Lead - UAE Dubai (VIE)

Your main responsibilities will be twofold :

A/ Working in close coordination with a project manager and a project team, you will contribute to the delivery of a consultancy project in the sector of water management in the Gulf region . Your work day-to-day will vary based on the scope and requirements of the project and will include, but not be limited to:

• Literature reviews, market & BI and desktop research
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Technology cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop organisation and facilitation
• Team supervision and coordination
• Information synthesis, extracting key insights and developing recommendations
• Writing reports and developing summary presentations

B/ In relation with SUEZ commercial team in the region, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will rely on you to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan together with the forces already located in the area and the back office mainly based in Europe.
Your task will include, but not be limited to:

• Identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Building on the experience and projects realized in other countries/areas and existing contacts in the Region.
• Select, develop and collaborate with applicable partners
• Partner in strong link with back office sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for opportunities
• Participate to negotiation of contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Masters degree in engineering, commerce, finance or public policy.
• Strong interest for water, environment and/or sustainable development
• Familiarity with water sector policy, regulation, industry experience within a commercial or consulting role will be highly regarded
• Strong analytical skills and advanced competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, synthesis capabilities, respect of time constraints, intellectual honesty, rigour, curiosity, open-mindedness, empathy and team spirit.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a plus.
• Based in Dubai, availability for 1-2 weeks business trips within the region
