Description
Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP UAE in Abu Dhabi !
You will join the financial control team of UAE affiliate and work on running costs and Exploration & Production service entities, budget follow-up of non-operated follow-up and business activity.
Your missions will be:
- Control, validate and amend when necessary, the accuracy of invoices' allocation - clearing Web cycle invoices;
- Prepare the month end accruals ensuring that actuals in the accounts effectively correspond to the best monetary estimation of work done and/or value of goods delivered;
- Prepare the year end accruals reversal when Good Receipt or Service Entry Sheet is issued & to avoid duplication of cost in a year;
- Clear the cost centers before month end closure;
- Issue new RFS and assist in approval for RFS;
- Assist in preparing ADHOC reporting to the management when necessary;
- Monitor the costs and prepare the cost report;
- Issue debit notes for cost reallocation between entities;
- Ensure budgets are available before expenditure authorization and validate allocations and cost element;
- Participate in the budget exercise: collect budget data from departments, consolidate, provide analyses and explanations.
