JOB OFFER-Marketing executive We are looking for Marketing Executive to join the Commercial and Marketing department of MEMO INTERNATIONAL by taking part in the development and monitoring of the team\'s marketing projects in the MEAI . In charge of marketing and sales activations, you will provide the best solution to ensure the right implementation of the marketing plan and Sell-out. You will work closely with the Senior Vice President and you will be based in Dubai. You will learn the ins and outs of luxury retail operations including but not limited to Trade, sales and Digital.
Develop and structure the brand awareness in existing online/offline distribution
Follow the marketing plan and its execution in the different countries of the zone
Ensure the influence of MEMO PARIS in the region by closely monitoring the proper execution of the basics of a luxury brand (Merchandising, Stock, Training, Sell-out)
Monitor and Report the SISO of all doors to the Vice President MEIA on monthly basis.
Maintain the energy of the team and the follow-up of the activities in the region
Action on the job: Implement the execution of the marketing plan and sampling campaigns by retailer with the local team and the distributors in the region MEIA Retail
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to the execution of the marketing plan and roll out sales activation at key retailers in the region
In charge of monitoring and analyzing the sales plan in order to optimize the profitability of sales and marketing actions
Monitoring the stock of all marketing tools in the warehouse of distributors and retailers and forecasting the quantities according to the main commercial activations planned with the retailers and distributors on calendar basis
Monthly monitoring of the main shops in the UAE and in the region: Merch, stock and team energy
Weekly monitoring of the shop in key doors in UAE (Staff, merchandise, POSM, stock)
Monthly update of sales/stock/purchase received from retailers and distributors\xef\x83\xa0SISO
Help to plan and organize seminars and PR events in the region MEIA
Follow-up on different merchandising projects in the region, including Shop in shop, corners, backwall, podiums, Pop-ups and boutiques
Responsible for the development, presence, and visibility of the ECOM and ETAIL:
Ensure retailer Ecom\'s are updated with new launches, packshots and assortment
Ensure and activate online sampling and other activation campaigns with the retailer\'s digital manager in charge of the digital campaign
Work with the head office team on social media activation for the main countries (IG, SNAP, TIKTOK)
Development of additional marketing tools
Proactively propose new concepts, processes and tools to maximise customer experience and sales effectiveness.
Validate Ecom and pureplayer layouts and brand digital guidelines
Follow up on on-counter visual changes on based on the marketing calendar
Gather and share launch tool requirements with the sales team
Update the assortment by retailer and by Pureplayer (ecom), if and when necessary
Participate in the implementation of the main training events and in the development of the local training manual
Set up a market analysis per quarter and report on key innovations and activations in the same sector
The successful candidate should fulfil the following conditions:
A good knowledge of English language is a must
Degree in marketing or business administration (Luxury management is preferred)
Experience in luxury brand marketing, advertising (Min 2 years)
Experience within omnichannel brand strategy planning and digital campaign (Min. 2 years)
Experience in Marketing and digital strategy, PR, Communications, Partnerships, Events, Training
Passion for luxury beauty, interest or experience in fashion, with strong affinity for the brand and details
Commercial skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to balance high level strategic thinking with detail-oriented day to day tasks
