- You will support HR Managers in sourcing, attracting and recruiting top retail talents in the region.
- You will be a true Business Partner and work closely with Retail Management and our stores.
- You will support the development of our team members by following the training plan across the region.
- You will partner with all Departments across the region to guarantee a best-in-class employee experience.
- You will identify and pre-select candidates including job posting, screening, candidates application follow ups.
- You will coordinate Campus and Employer Branding actions.
- You will partner with HR teams and the business to collect training needs.
- You will animate the training catalogue and develop specific trainings in the region in close partnership with the Retail Training team.
- You will actively contribute to the full learning experience of employees by ensuring systematic follow-ups.
- You will support the HR Team in managing all HR related processes.
- You will support in designing and executing training and development actions.
- You will offer administrative support to employees in the region (offer letters, employment certificates\xe2\x80\xa6)
Profile
- You have a first experience in Human Resources and you speak fluently English (Arabic is a plus).
- You like new challenges and are able to deal with agility in managing new projects.
- You understand the retail world and Louis Vuitton\xe2\x80\x99s environment.
