POSTE THE HOUSE OF PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR

TEAM AND SCOPE Team: The HR Development Executive will be part of the Parfum Christian Dior Orient HR Team and report directly to PCD Regional HR Director. Scope: The HR Development Executive will work on a regional scope including all backoffice teams in the Middle East. MAIN REPONSABILITIES
  • Employee Engagement: follow-up on survey results and creation of workshops to ensure implementation of action plans and continuous improvement
  • Induction and onboarding: ensure onboarding to be delivered for all new joiners along with facilitating and coordinating Maison induction
  • Performance and Career Review: PCR training and follow-up on PCR meetings with the new Rise philosophy, analysis on PCRs to adjust action plan
  • Training plan: creation of a training plan with managers in the region to develop a training philosophy and implement continuous learning.
  • Recruitment: support on recruitment processes from school sourcing to administrative onboarding.

PROFIL
  • Bachelor or Master Graduate (Major Law or HR)
  • Strong command of English. Knowledge of another local language (ie Nordics) is an advantage
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HR tools)
  • Passionate about HR
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing the eye for details.
  • Your strengths are your ability to communicate, your reactivity and your solution-oriented mindset.
