Job Overview

RHK Properties is looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer to work on-site in Dubai. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content for real estate marketing, social media platforms, property showcases, and corporate branding. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on different property locations across Dubai and delivering high-quality visual content within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute video shoots for real estate properties, marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate content Capture high-quality video footage of properties, interiors, exteriors, and events across Dubai Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment effectively Ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality during shoots Perform basic video editing including cutting, sequencing, color correction, and audio syncing Add simple titles, captions, transitions, and branding elements where required Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with brand guidelines Organize and manage video footage and project files Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards Take care of video equipment and ensure proper handling

Requirements

Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in real estate or property marketing Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) Strong understanding of camera handling, lighting techniques, and audio recording Ability to travel across Dubai for property shoots Creative eye with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Portfolio or sample video work is mandatory

Preferred Skills

Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus Photography skills will be an added advantage Valid UAE driving license is a plus

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communication, or a related field (preferred) Relevant hands-on experience will be considered in place of formal education
