Position Overview

The Lab Holding, the creative force behind premium F&B concepts across the UAE, is looking for a

Videographer with strong video editing skills

. This role involves capturing, producing, and editing engaging video content that reflects the unique identity of each brand, for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional purposes.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideography

Film high-quality video content across all Lab Holding brands. Capture restaurant ambiance, food preparation, staff, and brand campaigns. Operate cameras, lighting equipment, audio gear, and stabilization tools. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan shoots and storyboards.

Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit raw footage into polished videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Add graphics, music, sound effects, subtitles, and motion elements aligned with brand aesthetics. Perform color grading, audio enhancement, and visual corrections. Deliver content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Creative Collaboration

Contribute ideas for visual storytelling, brand campaigns, and content strategy. Ensure videos reflect each brand's identity:

: artisanal cafe and bakery content

: vibrant and lively F&B visuals

Kanji

: contemporary Japanese dining style Keep up-to-date with digital trends, social media formats, and video styles.

Content Management & Maintenance

Organize, archive, and back up all footage and assets. Maintain and care for all video production equipment. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Qualifications

2-4 years of professional experience in videography and editing. Strong portfolio showcasing videography and editing skills. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve). Understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio recording. Experience producing content for food, lifestyle, or hospitality brands (preferred).

Preferred Skills

Motion graphics experience (Adobe After Effects). Photography skills. Social media content creation experience. Drone operation experience is a plus.
