Reputable boutique real estate company in Dubai is hiring a talented Videographer and Editor to shoot and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches company marketing strategy, from promotional videos, listing residential and commercial properties, lead generation, event coverage to website and social media accounts campaigns

Responsibilities

:

Plan and execute photo and video shoots efficiently, while adhering to brand guidelines and brand authenticity

Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity

Trim footage segments (Create rough and final cuts) and put together the sequence of the film

Utilize the latest DSLR cameras and master gimbal technology to capture high-quality photos and videos that accentuate property features.

Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects; understanding of lighting, sound, and composition techniques

Produce content for diverse audiences and platforms

Keep up to date with the latest video marketing trends

Requirements and skills

Professional work experience as a Video Editor for real estate companies with understanding of the UAE market Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages, such as (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Photoshop, Sony Vegas, DaVinci Resolve, special effects, 3D, compositing and Final Cut) Creative mind and storytelling skills Sound design and video encoding formats, video ideation and creation aspect ratios, and exporting processes for different platforms Experience in camera operation, DSLR & digital video cameras, aerial shots, drones, sound equipment and other basic knowledge of photography. Adding computer graphics, closed captioning and special effects to footage lighting, composition, and framing in both photography and videography. Enhance video quality with colour correction, sound editing, special effects, graphics, and transitions
