We are looking for a

creative, detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor

who understands

luxury real estate storytelling

and can produce high-quality video content that converts attention into leads.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for

shooting, editing, and delivering high-impact video content

for social media, YouTube, property listings, ads, and brand campaigns. This role requires both

technical skill and creative judgment

, with a strong understanding of real estate marketing.

Film

(interiors, exteriors, lifestyle shots) Handle lighting, framing, and audio setup Shoot content optimized for

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Ads

Video Editing

Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) Edit long-form YouTube videos and property walkthroughs Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design Maintain

brand consistency

in style, pacing, and tone Deliver fast turnarounds for daily/weekly content

Content Collaboration

Work closely with marketing & sales teams Suggest creative angles and content ideas Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips Optimize videos for

engagement and conversion

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Videographer & Video Editor

(real estate experience is a strong plus) Strong skills in

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Experience shooting with

DSLR/Mirrorless cameras

Knowledge of lighting, composition, and audio Ability to work in a

fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

Experience with

luxury or real estate brands

Drone videography (licensed in UAE) Motion graphics & animation skills Understanding of social media trends & algorithms
