Job Overview

Persian Business Setup is seeking a

highly creative and technically skilled Videographer & Editor

who can turn concepts into compelling video content. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in shooting, lighting, editing, and producing

short-form promotional videos

tailored for social media and digital campaigns.

We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for visuals, a feel for rhythm and storytelling, and the technical know-how to produce engaging, high-impact clips that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for ads, social media, and digital platforms Create short-form promotional clips, product showcases, and event teasers Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio tools professionally Use editing software such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve

, and optionally AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript) Apply creative transitions, effects, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance viewer experience Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life Deliver projects on tight deadlines with speed, precision, and quality

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in videography and editing for marketing and social media Strong knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics Ability to produce fast edits while maintaining creative quality Familiarity with social media formats, specs, and audience expectations Basic knowledge of color grading, audio balancing, and video optimization Understanding of trends in content, editing styles, and video engagement metrics Portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant work is

required

Additional Preferences

Experience using AI tools in video production is a plus Motion design or animation skills are a bonus Bilingual (English and Arabic) is preferred but not required
