Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Videographer / Video Editor with a strong eye for storytelling, composition, and post-production excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and transforming raw material into polished, professional videos for digital platforms, social media, advertising, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Videography:

Plan, shoot, and record high-quality video content on location and in-studio using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards, shot lists, and filming schedules. Ensure all visual elements align with brand standards and project goals. Conduct site scouts and manage logistics for shoots.

Video Editing & Post-Production:

Edit raw footage into compelling final videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Add motion graphics, color grading, sound design, music, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. Create content optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, etc.). Manage file organization, backups, and version control.

Collaboration & Project Management:

Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to align on creative direction. Revise and refine videos based on feedback from stakeholders. Deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

2+ years of experience in videography and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition). Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording. Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and professional video equipment. Solid portfolio showcasing a range of video styles (e.g., promotional, social media, documentary, interviews). Excellent eye for composition, pacing, color, and sound. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
