Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and highly skilled Senior Videographer

to lead our video production efforts across digital, social media, and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in

videography, video editing, motion graphics

, and

team handling

, with the ability to plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content aligned with brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end video production:

concept, scripting, shooting, editing, and final delivery

Manage and guide a team of videographers, editors, and freelancers Shoot high-quality videos for

digital marketing, social media, websites, ads, and campaigns

Edit videos using

Adobe Premiere Pro

and create motion graphics using

After Effects

Develop short-form and long-form content for

Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook

Collaborate with

marketing, SEO, and social media teams

to create performance-driven content Ensure brand consistency, storytelling quality, and visual standards Plan shoot schedules, manage equipment, and oversee post-production timelines Optimize videos for

SEO, engagement, reach, and conversions

Stay updated with industry trends, formats, and social media algorithms Handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience as a

Videographer / Senior Videographer

Strong experience in

team handling and project management

Expert-level knowledge of

Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects

Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, sound, and video production equipment Solid understanding of

social media content strategies and digital marketing

Experience creating content for

paid ads, branding, and promotional campaigns

Strong storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Portfolio or showreel is mandatory
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience in

motion graphics, animations, and transitions

Knowledge of

YouTube SEO, video thumbnails, and analytics

Experience in

corporate, real estate, hospitality, or agency environments

Basic knowledge of

photography and graphic design

UAE market experience is a plus
