Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled

Videographer

who has proven experience in real estate content creation. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling video shoots, editing professional-quality video tours, and has knowledge of running video campaigns on platforms such as

Google Ads

and

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for residential and commercial property listings.

Capture drone footage (preferred) and cinematic walkthroughs of properties.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize content ideas that align with branding and business goals.

Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.

Create engaging and optimized video content for use on social media, websites, and online listings.

Manage video advertisements across

Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram platforms

.

Track performance of video campaigns and provide insights to enhance engagement and reach.

Ensure all content aligns with the company's tone, style, and branding.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Videographer/Video Editor

, preferably in the real estate industry.

Proficient in professional video editing software.

Solid understanding of

Google and Meta Ads

for video content.

Strong eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.

Knowledge of SEO for video content is a plus.

Experience using drones is an advantage (but not mandatory).

Excellent time management and ability to work independently.

Strong portfolio of previous video work required.
