Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic real estate brokerage company based in Dubai. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content to showcase our property listings, promote our services, and enhance our online presence. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients and customers visualize their future homes and make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Property Tours: Create engaging property tour videos that highlight the unique features and qualities of each property listing. 2. Promotional Videos: Produce promotional videos for the company, including brand awareness campaigns, agent profiles, and special events. 3. Aerial Footage: Utilize drones or other aerial equipment to capture stunning aerial shots of properties, communities, and neighborhoods. 4. Editing: Edit and post-process video content to ensure high-quality, professional results. This may include color correction, sound editing, and adding music or voiceovers. 5. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a video content strategy that aligns with our marketing and branding objectives. 6. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of video equipment, including cameras, drones, stabilizers, and accessories. 7. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in videography, particularly in real estate, and implement innovative techniques and technologies. 8. Compliance: Ensure that all video content adheres to company and legal guidelines, including privacy, copyright, and property release requirements. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Videographer. 2. Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. 3. Experience with video equipment, including DSLR cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio recording devices. 4. Knowledge of lighting and sound techniques to achieve high-quality results. 5. Strong creative and visual storytelling skills. 6. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. 7. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with agents, marketing professionals, and clients. 8. A passion for real estate and a keen eye for property details. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Certification or training in videography or a related field. 2. Familiarity with 360-degree and virtual reality video production. 3.
