Knight Frank is looking for a professional content creator & photographer/videographer to join our talented and fun-filled team. We aim to find an individual who can demonstrate a passion for visual production, creative thinking, and storytelling. You will be working collaboratively with members of the team to create compelling, high-quality videos and photos that will be used for the projects that Knight Frank is working on. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative ideas to produce compelling video content that aligns with the company\'s brand voice and marketing goals
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards for video content
• Plan and execute video shoots, including pre-production planning, location scouting, lighting, and camera operation
• Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, website, and other marketing channels
• Manage and maintain equipment and software used for video production
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in video production and social media content creation
• Create eye-catching and engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Develop content that aligns with the brand\'s messaging and marketing goals
• Collaborate and post produce content with graphic designers and copywriters to create visually compelling and effective social media posts, stories, reels, and videos
• Attend company events on an ad hoc basis and create real-time social media content via videography or wrap up content to engage with the audience
• Manage all stages of Graphics, photography, and video production, including project conception, filming/photographing, capturing professional quality audio, editing, and distribution and archiving. Operates and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment
• Conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality, creative, and visually engaging photographs and video content that supports the overall communication of the pictures
• Set up, manage, and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio, and video recorders
• Ability to edit and enhance photographs and videos using current industry software for optimum results for print, web, and other mediums in a timely manner
• Operates and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment
• Film videos on set or on location
• Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working
• Edit footage in post-production
• Works to photograph properties that are ready for handover prior to being listed live on our partner websites
• Photograph\'s interiors of our owner properties with professionalism, style, elegance, and edge
• Meet with clients prior to photo shoots to gauge their needs and expectations

• Prepare the studio for photo-shoots by setting up necessary lights and ensuring that the space is clean
• Find appropriate locations for shoots that are held outside of the studio
• Remain up to date with the latest editing software

Professional experience and personal skills profile

• Proven experience as a videographer and content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficient in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere and Creative Suite
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Minimum 2 years professional photography experience in Real Estate
• Have a strong and impressive real estate portfolio
• Must have a valid UAE driver\'s license and vehicle.
• Comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, and equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions & multiple deadlines
