This is a Freelance Contract:

We're looking for a multidisciplinary creative someone who can shoot, direct, and edit with instinct and taste. This is not a traditional production role, it's for a visual storyteller who can translate emotion, architecture, and atmosphere into cinematic form.

You'll collaborate closely with our director and production team on projects spanning luxury brands, real estate, hospitality, Sports, and cultural documentaries. Each project blends narrative, design, and filmic storytelling requiring both technical mastery and artistic intuition.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot high-end digital content across commercial, branded, and documentary formats Edit films and social cutdowns with a strong cinematic rhythm and tonal sensitivity Assist in visual development, shotlisting, lighting design, and location prep Operate cinema cameras (ARRI, RED, Canon C-Series, Blackmagic, etc.) Manage on-set look and mood continuity Manage and maintain video equipment and lighting Handle data wrangling, basic color correction, and sound sync in post Collaborate directly with the director and creative team to uphold a consistent brand language
Requirements

4+ years of experience in film, commercials, or branded content Strong cinematography and editing portfolio Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro / After Effects Understanding of lighting (both natural and artificial setups) Good eye for composition, tone, and narrative flow Able to work independently, travel, and adapt to fast-paced productions Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and emotional storytelling Familiarity with luxury aesthetics and architectural or lifestyle visual language is a plus
Bonus Skills

Drone operation (licensed preferred) Gimbal and camera rig experience Basic sound recording and mixing knowledge Color grading or VFX familiarity Experience shooting in the UAE, KSA, or international locations
