Job Description

We're seeking a

creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate combines artistic vision with technical expertise to craft engaging video content that connects with healthcare audiences and supports marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms (social media, website, campaigns) Develop compelling narratives that align with brand messaging Manage projects from concept to final delivery Collaborate with the marketing team on video strategies

Motion Graphics & Animation

Design and animate visually engaging motion graphics Create explainer videos, promotional content, and educational materials Maintain consistency with brand guidelines

Healthcare Content Creation

Produce video content tailored for healthcare, corporate, and social media contexts Create patient education, promotional, and internal communication videos Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and audience needs

Technical Production

Operate and maintain editing equipment and software Manage digital assets and file systems Optimize videos for multiple platforms and troubleshoot technical issues

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

2-3 years' experience in the healthcare or medical field (essential) Proven background in video editing and motion graphics Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare, corporate, or social media work

Technical Skills

Proficient in

Adobe Premiere Pro

and

After Effects

Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics principles Familiarity with video formats, compression, and platform requirements Experience managing digital workflows and assets

Creative Abilities

Strong visual storytelling and design sense Ability to simplify complex healthcare concepts visually Understanding of typography, composition, and color theory

Industry Knowledge

Familiarity with healthcare marketing and compliance standards Understanding of patient privacy and medical communication norms

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Film, Graphic Design, or Digital Media Experience with
