We're looking for a

Video Editor & Conceptualizer

who lives and breathes content--especially short-form content for platforms like

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

If you have an eye for trends, strong editing skills, and the ability to turn a raw clip into a scroll-stopping story--

What You'll Do:

Edit high-quality short-form & long-form videos for social media Conceptualize and storyboard content formats for different platforms Work with influencers, founders, and brand teams to shape brand voice via video Add captions, motion graphics, hooks, SFX, and dynamic transitions Repurpose content across formats: reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, stories, etc. Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh content ideas to the table weekly

Who We're Looking For:

1-4 years of experience in video editing (agency or creator-led work preferred) Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and storytelling for social platforms Comfortable working with founders/influencers on video shoots & edits Bonus: Knowledge of content scripting, trending formats, meme-style edits A fun, creative mindset and the ability to work independently
