About the job

We're looking for a

Video Editor and

Motion Graphic Designer

to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality, creative, and engaging video content that aligns with our brand and messaging across all platforms.

If you're passionate about storytelling through video and have the technical skills to match, this is the role for you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Creating compelling video content

for campaigns, events, social media, and external communications

Translating scripts

and briefs into engaging visual narratives

Create animated graphics:

Design and animate motion graphics for various platforms like social media, websites, and video.

Collaborate with teams:

Work with creative, marketing, and video production teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring visual consistency across different projects and channels.

Develop story and concept:

Use animation, timing, and design principles to explain complex ideas in an engaging and digestible way.

Design visual elements:

Create transitional elements, branded intros, overlays, and other visual assets for video and digital content.

Stay current with trends:

Research and brainstorm new creative ideas, styles, and trends to keep the brand's visuals fresh.

What We're Looking For:

Languages

Strong English communication is a must

Experience & Portfolio

4+ years of professional video editing experience (preferably in the

MICE

industry) A strong portfolio showcasing past projects is required

Technical Proficiency

Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Audition (or similar) Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Key Skills

Promo video production VFX and motion graphics Video editing across different formats Virtual content creation

Creative Abilities

Strong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and pacing Translating scripts/briefs into visual narratives Sound design, transitions, animation, and typography
