Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative

Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

to join our fast-paced Digital Marketing Team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong artistic eye and technical skillset who can craft engaging video content tailored to healthcare audiences. Your work will play a crucial role in communicating our brand values and driving marketing goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Editing

Edit and produce high-quality videos for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns Craft compelling visual narratives aligned with AIMS Healthcare's brand and messaging Manage video projects from concept through to final delivery Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and plan video content

Motion Graphics & Animation

Design motion graphics and animations that support healthcare-related content Produce animated explainers, promotional videos, and educational visuals Enhance storytelling through dynamic visual elements Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all graphics and animations

Healthcare-Focused Content Creation

Develop video content suited for healthcare, corporate, and social media channels Create patient education videos, internal communications, and promotional content Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations Adapt messaging for various audiences: patients, medical professionals, and corporate stakeholders

Technical Production

Operate and maintain video editing software and equipment Organize and manage digital assets with efficient file systems Optimize content for different platforms, formats, and devices Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality output

Required QualificationsExperience & Education

2-3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector (essential) Proven expertise in video editing and motion design Portfolio showcasing healthcare, corporate, or social media video content

Technical Skills

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

,

After Effects

, and related tools Strong understanding of video editing, audio mixing, and color correction Experience with 2D animation and motion graphics Knowledge of video formats, compression, and publishing best practices Familiarity with digital asset management systems

Creative & Visual Skills

Ability to develop engaging, brand-aligned animations and motion graphics Strong storytelling, design, and visual communication skills Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory Skill in simplifying complex healthcare topics through visual content

Industry Knowledge

Experience producing content for healthcare or medical marketing (preferred) Awareness of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance standards Understanding of patient privacy, medical terminology, and healthcare communications

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in
