Role Overview

We are looking for a

Video Designer

who can create

high-impact video content

for digital marketing campaigns across social media and paid advertising platforms.
This role requires

strong motion design skills combined with AI-powered content creation

, enabling fast, scalable, and performance-driven video production.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging

video creatives

for: Social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts) Paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat) Brand and campaign videos Design

motion graphics

, transitions, text animations, and visual effects. Produce short-form and long-form videos optimized for

engagement and conversions

. Use

AI tools

to accelerate video creation, ideation, and editing (avatars, AI voice, AI video generation). Adapt videos based on campaign goals, brand guidelines, and performance data. Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to align visuals with messaging. Create multiple variations of the same video for

A/B testing

. Stay updated with video trends, AI tools, and platform best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Video Designer / Motion Designer

in a digital marketing or creative agency. Strong knowledge of video editing and motion tools: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut / DaVinci Resolve (or similar)

Hands-on experience with AI video & content tools

, such as: Runway Pika Synthesia HeyGen Midjourney / DALLE (for visuals) AI voice & script tools Ability to create content using: AI avatars AI voice-overs AI-generated scenes & transitions Strong understanding of

social media formats, ratios, and trends

. Ability to deliver fast turnaround while maintaining quality. Experience working with

brands, agencies, or performance marketing teams

Nice to Have

Experience in

Gulf / KSA market content

Knowledge of

performance marketing KPIs

(CTR, engagement, retention) Basic copy or storytelling skills Experience creating
