AI Digital Content Creator / Digital Marketing & Content Lead

(Fit-out & Construction - Europe Experience Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled

AI Digital Content Creator

with proven experience in the

fit-out and construction industry

. The role will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing high-impact digital content using

AI tools and platforms

to strengthen brand presence, support business development, and position the company as a thought leader in commercial fit-out, interiors, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a

digital content strategy

aligned with company branding, project portfolio, and European market positioning. Create compelling content showcasing

fit-out, interior, MEP, and construction projects

(commercial, hospitality, retail, offices). Collaborate with business development, design, and project teams to translate technical concepts into engaging digital stories.

AI-Driven Content Creation

Utilize

AI tools

(ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) for: Visual content generation (renders, concept visuals, reels, short videos). AI-assisted copywriting, captions, blogs, and case studies. Video scripting, voiceovers, and post-production enhancements. Optimize content production timelines while maintaining high creative and technical quality.

Digital & Social Media Management

Manage and grow company presence on

LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

. Create content calendars focused on

European trends, sustainability standards, and design innovations

. Track performance metrics and optimize content using analytics and AI insights.

Brand Storytelling & Marketing Collaterals

Create

project case studies, corporate presentations, brochures, and website content

. Support tender submissions and proposals with visually compelling digital material. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and European client expectations.

Market & Trend Analysis

Stay updated on

European construction, interior design, ESG, sustainability, and smart building trends

. Research competitor digital strategies and propose innovative AI-driven improvements.

Key Requirements Experience & Background

5-8+ years

of experience in digital content creation or marketing. Mandatory experience working with

European fit-out / construction / interior design companies

. Strong understanding of

commercial construction workflows and terminology

.

Skills & Expertise

Proficiency in

AI content creation tools

and digital marketing platforms. Strong visual storytelling skills (image, video, motion graphics). Excellent English communication and copywriting skills (European business standards preferred). Knowledge of

sustainability, LEED/BREEAM, and European compliance standards

is a strong advantage.

Tools & Software

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). AI tools for content generation and automation. Social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Soft Skills

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Results-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
