Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end process of structuring and launching the REIT.
Evaluate legal, financial, and tax implications of REIT formation and oversee the development of optimal structures.
Manage relationships with legal, financial, and regulatory advisors to ensure compliance with REIT and securities regulations.
Advise on capital structure, governance, and dividend policy to ensure the REIT's attractiveness to investors.
Align asset management practices, reporting, and financial controls with REIT and market standards.
Ensure the income-generating asset portfolio is appropriately structured and stabilized for REIT inclusion.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Real Estate, or related field; MBA, CFA, or relevant legal qualifications preferred.
Direct experience in REIT structuring essential, with 10+ years of experience in real estate capital markets, investment banking, or asset management
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
