Our Client: A renowned name in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead their Shared Services team. Your Role: You would be leading multiple departments of Human Resources, Procurement and Information Technology. Driving the development and management of best practices to ensure that services are standardized, accurate and compliant with the organisation’s policies. You would own the KPIs and dashboards for all key shared services functions. Lead the process optimization initiatives that support responsiveness to the business needs. Work collaboratively with the leadership teams and operational management to develop strong processes that support the growing needs of the business. As the organization accelerates with multiple projects in flow, the HR function would need to remain a step ahead, drive the organization’s effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management and lead plans that engage leaders and teams. Drive the talent density agenda. This position is part of the leadership team and has broad interactions as well as part of niche committees. Must-Have: The incumbent needs to carry 18+ years of quality experience in human resources and information technology. This position comes under the government mandate of Saudization.
