Job Description

Requirements (Must):



8+ years' experience in Travel & Tourism (DMC background).

Currently based in Dubai in a managerial-level role.

Core Responsibilities:



Lead the positioning and further development of international markets, strengthening the company's global presence.

Oversee and guide the reservations team, ensuring achievement of budgets and overall business targets.

Monitor and drive team productivity, fostering a high-performance culture.

Define and execute both short-term and long-term goals in close coordination with the Dubai management team.

Collaborate with executive leadership and departmental managers to design, implement, and execute business plans and policies.

In charge of the team and making the team help achieving budgets

Monitoring the Team achieve maximum productivity

Set Short term and Long-term Goals and ensure they are achieved in coordination with Management in Dubai

Works with other executive colleagues and departmental managers to implement plans and policies

Job Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the reservations team, ensuring continuous monitoring, tracking, and achievement of set goals.

Drive team performance by setting clear objectives, providing daily direction, and ensuring alignment with organizational targets.

Utilize analytics to measure progress, evaluate achievements, and ensure goals are met effectively.

Oversee problem-solving initiatives and ensure daily operational targets are consistently achieved.

Support automation processes to optimize efficiency, ensuring turnaround times (TAT) meet market standards.

Deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards to track productivity.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess individual and team contributions.

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance overall team performance.

Lead forecasting and business planning for UAE and other destinations in coordination with Dubai management.

Identify and create opportunities for consolidation, alliances, and new revenue streams across diverse verticals.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

Collaborate with subject-matter experts to address specialized operational and business requirements.

Foster strong relationships with hotels, excursion providers, and UAE government/semi-government bodies to strengthen partnerships and enhance business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications Required:



Over 8+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry with a strong background in Destination Management Companies (DMC).

Must currently be based in Dubai and hold a managerial-level position within the travel and tourism sector in Dubai.

Strong ability to motivate teams, drive performance, and make effective decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.

Highly skilled in interpersonal communication and relationship management.

Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical and strategic thinking.

Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
