Responsibilities

• Attend business development meetings along with other senior leadership.
• Manage a growing team of account directors and proactively delegate tasks.
• Ensure the new MENA team are well resourced.
• Act as an ambassador for Victor in the region.
• Mentor, train and coach direct reports to an excellent standard.
• Set and agree a suitable reporting framework to meet company objectives.
• Share knowledge on best practice and ideas.
• To be engaged and contribute to Victor\xe2\x80\x99s company culture.
• Troubleshoot time critical customer issues.

Requirements

• Based in the Abu Dhabi region.
• Natural interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 7+ years charter and VIP experience in the region.
• Minimum 5+ years management experience.
• To build and maintain relationships with MENA based operators and FBO\xe2\x80\x99S.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience with providing excellent customer service to VIP client groups (Government and Royal family).
• Adaptable mindset and being open to change.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate efficiently in time-sensitive and occasionally stressful situations.
• A confident verbal communicator with a polite and professional phone manner.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Competent IT skills.
• Availability to work weekends when required (a day in lieu will be provided for every weekend day worked).
