Overview
PolyWorks Europa is looking for a Vice President (VP) of Marketing with engaging leadership, emotional intelligence, and great collaboration skills. Under the direction of the Vice President, Marketing Strategy, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and supervision of marketing action plans as well as the management of all marketing activities for our places of business in Europe, namely France, Spain, Italy, and the Czech Republic. Responsibilities Your experience as a marketing team manager is fitting, as your first mandate will be to recruit talent to grow the marketing team. Here are some of the other responsibilities of the VP of Marketing: Participate in the development of the marketing strategy and the annual planning of the company's objectives for local markets according to the strategic orientations and business objectives of the InnovMetric Group
Participate in market analysis to identify challenges and growth opportunities
Design and manage the implementation of marketing action plans
Design and manage the budget of the marketing department
Establish priorities and manage the work organization of its team members
Oversee the creation of marketing content in collaboration with the head office
Ensure that the quality of materials (marketing, events, and communication campaigns) meets corporate standards
Act as an intermediary to ensure effective communications with the head office team
Work closely with local sales and technical support teams and provide them with tailored marketing tools
Share ideas with the European and headquarters management team through reports, market research and analysis
Track competitive activities and consumer trends of local markets
Be aware of the latest trends and best practices in marketing in Europe. Qualifications Here are the skills we are looking for: Have at least 10 years of experience as VP Marketing, Marketing Director, or other senior position in Marketing Team Management
Be comfortable in both French and English
Proven experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Have solid expertise in topics related to digital marketing and communication
Demonstrate great ability to mobilize your team members
Show leadership, rigor, and attention to detail
Be willing to regularly travel through Europe, mainly in France, Spain, and Italy. Who are we?
